Here is the candidate we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience project controls in industrial projects
  • The ability to deliver necessary messages to all audiences
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking in challenging environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • P6 (Primavera) knowledge – training available as needed
  • SAP knowledge is an asset

The job:

· Schedule activities associated with assigned projects/portfolios to produce an integrated critical path schedule, update as required, and report potential problems/problem areas.

· Resource load schedules and maintain an earned value system on projects. Analyze and report Project progress and manpower requirements.

· Enter and maintain project budgets/estimates.

· Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.

· Assist project manager in presentations/reports to the customer/company management.

· Prepare and update, on a regular basis, project cash flow forecasts.

· Manage the contingency and change order processes.

· Understand and facilitate gate process.

  • Project Control : 2 years (preferred)
  • Turnaround Project Control : 1 year (preferred)
