Job Title: Aerospace Project Coordinator
Reporting to: Director of Sales Operations
Role Definition:
We are seeking a driven Aerospace Project Coordinator with a passion for project management and an interest in technical products to be responsible for all phases of the sales cycle, from initial project definition to final delivery and continued customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless handoff of customer programs from Business Development to Program Management, ensuring all expectations and deliverables are clearly communicated and aligned;
- Responsible for planning, production and delivery of products to meet the ongoing requirements of customers
- Collaborate with several departments to ensure complete follow-up on proposals, program deliverables and issue resolutions, while ensuring that the information is accurately transmitted to the customer
- Provide support both for internal and external customers as well as vendors
- Work with customer forecasts and Promark planning and procurement team to ensure materials are received on time
- Monitor and expedite customer orders; liaise on a regular basis with several departments to ensure smooth order flow and on time delivery
- Update ERP system
- Support outside sales reps and agents
- Field customer emails and inquiries
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- Bilingual (English & French) with excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity and ability to engage various teams
- Dynamic, driven and wiling to learn with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Capacity to manage priorities in a context of multiple and complex project deliveries
- Ability to travel occasionally to develop targeted customers (Quebec, Ontario, Maritimes, Eastern US)
- Experience with ERP systems
Experience:
- Experience in aerospace, telecommunication, oil and gas, defence, industrial equipment, automotive and medical environment an asset
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with cable harnesses and electrical/electronic control panels
- Strong computer literacy

Définition du rôle:
Nous recherchons un Coordinateur de projets motivé, passionné par la gestion de projets et intéressé par les produits techniques. Il sera responsable de toutes les phases du cycle de vente, de la définition initiale du projet à la livraison finale et à la satisfaction continue du client.
Responsabilités:
- Faciliter le transfert des programmes des clients du développement commercial à la gestion des programmes, en veillant à ce que toutes les attentes et tous les produits livrables soient clairement communiqués et alignés;
- Responsable de la planification, de la production et de la livraison des produits afin de répondre aux exigences permanentes des clients.
- Collaborer avec plusieurs départements pour assurer un suivi complet des propositions, des livrables du programme et de la résolution des problèmes, tout en veillant à ce que l'information soit transmise avec précision au client.
- Fournir une assistance aux clients internes et externes ainsi qu'aux fournisseurs.
- Travailler avec les prévisions des clients et l'équipe de planification et d'approvisionnement de Promark pour s'assurer que les matériaux sont reçus à temps.
- Contrôler et accélérer les commandes des clients;
- Assurer une liaison régulière avec plusieurs départements afin de garantir un flux de commandes fluide et une livraison dans les délais.
- Mettre à jour le système ERP
- Soutenir les représentants et les agents des ventes externes
- Répondre aux courriels et aux demandes des clients
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.
Qualifications requises :
- Études postsecondaires
- Bilingue (anglais et français) avec d'excellentes compétences en communication
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes, créativité et capacité à mobiliser diverses équipes.
- Dynamique, motivé et désireux d'apprendre, capable de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un contexte de livraisons de projets multiples et complexes
- Capacité à voyager occasionnellement pour développer des clients ciblés (Québec, Ontario, Maritimes, Est des États-Unis)
- Expérience des systèmes ERP
Expérience :
- Expérience dans les domaines de l'aérospatiale, des télécommunications, du pétrole et du gaz, de la défense, de l'équipement industriel, de l'automobile et de l'environnement médical, un atout.
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement de fabrication
- Expérience des faisceaux de câbles et des panneaux de commande électriques/électroniques
- Solides connaissances en informatique
