Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation; Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization; Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews; Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary; Coordinate formal document release (Drawings, ModSums, Compliance Documents, Service Bulletins, workbook, etc); How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience: You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 8-10 years in project management or aerospace; You have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles. You have sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience; Previous experience in structural and / or systems development would be an asset. You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills; You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities; You have a natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities; You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented; You are technically curious; You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment; You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets; You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
