Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and serving customers with a smile.

Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food handling and preparation processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
