Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our restaurants. In this role, you will be an integral part of our kitchen operations, ensuring that our food is prepared safely and efficiently while providing excellent service to our customers. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and slicers.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality by engaging with customers and assisting with their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash register duties.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in cashiering and operating POS systems.
  • Smart Serve- knowledge of alcohol serving
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
