Job Description
WHAT'S THE JOB?
We are hiring a
Tim Hortons - Team Lead
to work at our Tim Hortons located at the University of PEI. With no Drive-Through, we operate Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff.

As a
Team Lead
, you will delight our clients by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.

• Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs
• Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills
• Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
• Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process
• Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous experience working in a Tim Hortons or another fast pace food service establishment
• 2 years Supervision experience
• Able to communicate well in written and verbal English
• Experience as a cashier an asset
