**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key to providing an outstanding experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations.
- Adhere to food safety standards to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during shifts.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
