Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to help manage and process commercial invoices and shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure all shipping and customs-related data is entered accurately and in a timely manner to support smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify order details for commercial invoices and shipping labels.
  • Ensure product information, weights, and customer details are accurate.
  • Work with shipping and logistics platforms such as ShipStation, IncoDocs, and Shopify.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies before final submission.
  • Maintain organized digital records of completed shipments.
  • Communicate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Assist with general administrative data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing slips, labels, etc.).
  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, ShipStation, or IncoDocs is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of international shipping and customs documentation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Aperçu du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) commis à la saisie de données pour la gestion et le traitement des factures commerciales et des documents d'expédition. La personne idéale veillera à ce que toutes les données relatives à l'expédition et aux douanes soient saisies avec exactitude et en temps opportun afin d'assurer un traitement des commandes fluide et efficace.

Principales responsabilités :

Saisir et vérifier les détails des commandes pour les factures commerciales et les étiquettes d'expédition.

S'assurer de l'exactitude des renseignements sur les produits, les poids, les codes SH et les coordonnées des clients.

Utiliser des plateformes d'expédition et de logistique telles que ShipStation, IncoDocs et Shopify.

Vérifier les données afin de déceler les erreurs ou les incohérences avant la soumission finale.

Tenir à jour des dossiers numériques organisés des expéditions effectuées.

Communiquer avec l'équipe logistique pour résoudre les divergences ou les renseignements manquants.

Aider à effectuer des tâches administratives générales de saisie de données au besoin. Qualifications :

Rigueur et précision dans la saisie de données.

Connaissance des documents d'expédition (factures commerciales, bordereaux d'expédition, étiquettes, etc.).

Maîtrise d'Excel, Google Sheets ou d'un tableur similaire.

La connaissance de Shopify, ShipStation ou IncoDocs est un atout.

Des notions de base en matière d'expédition internationale et de documents douaniers sont un plus.

Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à respecter les échéances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
