Position Summary:

Reporting to the BIM Manager, the BIM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and coordination of digital models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring BIM coordination among the various project stakeholders (project management, engineering teams, subcontractors, internal teams).
  • Performing clash detection and preparing corresponding reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with the project BIM charter and BIM Execution Plan (BEP), as well as client requirements according to the nature of the project.
  • Controlling the quality and compliance of models (modeling, schedules, clashes, levels of detail, data structure).
  • Modeling, enhancing, and updating models according to project needs.
  • Participating in coordination meetings.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of the company's BIM processes and standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in Architecture Technology, Civil Engineering, or Building Mechanical Technology, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) building systems.
  • Understanding of the construction project lifecycle and interactions among disciplines (architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical).
  • Proficiency in BIM tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling principles, interdisciplinary coordination processes, and BIM standards.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
