The Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton Downtown is seeking a friendly and attentive Parking Booth Attendant to oversee and monitor our reserved parking lot. As one of the first points of contact for hotel guests, you'll ensure a welcoming and safe experience while providing assistance and information.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License. 

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Monitor the parking lot and ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.

  • Report unauthorized vehicles and maintain lot safety.

  • Provide directions and information about the hotel and local area.

  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.

  • Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
