**Overview**
Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties and a variety of cleaning tasks in public areas and suites.

**Responsibilities**:
**Public Areas**:

- Clean lobby glass doors, registration desk, and vacuum.
- Maintain cleanliness and supplies in public restrooms.
- Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, vacuum, and glass doors.
- Water outdoor hotel flowers.

**Laundry & Staff Areas**:

- Clean guest laundry facilities and assist with excess laundry.
- Clean offices, front office areas, associate break room, and associate bathroom.
- Replenish supplies in staff areas as needed.

**Guest Services**:

- Communicate suite status changes to the Front Desk.
- Assist with maintenance-related guest complaints.
- Deliver amenities (cribs, roll-away beds, etc.) and log their locations.
- Respond to guest special requests and questions courteously.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Know and follow hotel emergency procedures.
- Ensure pool and spa maintenance meets manufacturer and health department standards.

**Other Duties**:

- Perform any reasonable tasks requested by management.
- Maintain cleanliness and supplies in public restrooms.
- Clean and maintain pool area, including spa water and bromine levels.
- Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, vacuum, and glass doors.
- Water outdoor hotel flowers.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cleaning roles; hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
