Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Field Recruitment
Reports To: Director, People & Culture
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People& Culture team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our organization's needs. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, headhunting and employee referrals to attract candidates.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online platforms and recruitment events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Provide interview training and support to hiring managers as needed.
Candidate Experience Management:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness, and employee experience surveys results.
Manage the company's employee referral program
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility in the job market.
Manage Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc), Company Webpage
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience with high volume Talent Acquisition (Field, Staff)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Experience in ADP is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
