At Integrum Compounding Centre, regulated pharmacy technicians work in a focused, professional environment where precision, documentation, and patient safety come first. We are a growing, independent compounding pharmacy and are looking for a Regulated Pharmacy Technician who takes pride in doing things right and wants predictable hours without retail pressure.
This role is ideal for a technician who values structure, accountability, and meaningful work in a highly regulated setting.
Why This Role Is Different This is not a high-volume retail position.
As part of our compounding team, you will work in a controlled lab environment supporting pharmacists, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and ensuring every prescription meets strict regulatory and quality standards. Your work directly impacts patient outcomes — and is treated with the respect it deserves.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare and compound sterile & non-sterile prescriptions in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards
  • Support pharmacists with technical functions, documentation, and workflow coordination
  • Maintain accurate records for controlled substances, lot tracking, and expiry management
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and loss prevention
  • Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment readiness, and environmental controls
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement
  • Collaborate closely with a professional, detail-oriented team

What You Bring
  • Registration in good standing as a Regulated Pharmacy Technician (Alberta)
  • Experience in a regulated pharmacy environment
  • Compounding experience is an asset, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence following SOPs
  • Comfort with documentation, compliance, and accountability
  • Strong understanding of math and pharmaceutical calculations
  • A calm, professional approach to structured work

Compensation & Schedule
  • $28–$35 per hour, based on experience and scope of responsibility
