At Apex Security, every team member plays a vital role in keeping our clients safe and our operations running smoothly. We are looking for responsible, dedicated, and highly motivated security professionals to join our growing team.

We are currently seeking a full-time Security Control Center Operator to join our team. This is a key position within our organization, as the Operator plays a central role in the efficient flow of communication across all departments. The Control Center acts as the operational hub of Apex Security, collecting, coordinating, and dispatching real-time information between clients, field staff, supervisors, and management. The Operator ensures that all information is accurately received, logged, prioritized, and relayed, enabling our teams to respond quickly and effectively.

In this role, the Operator monitors security cameras for any suspicious activity, prepares and submits daily reports to clients and management, conducts safety check-ins for employees and third parties, and dispatches alarms promptly. The Operator also answers and routes calls to ensure information reaches the right person and performs other administrative tasks as required by management.

The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining clear and professional communication. They should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively, possess strong organizational skills, and have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with two-way radios and 10-codes is considered an asset. A typing speed of 60 WPM or higher is preferred, and flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends is required.

This role is essential to the performance, safety, and reputation of Apex Security. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of being the first point of contact and central link in our daily operations, ensuring our teams and clients receive the support and information they need when it matters most.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
