About the Role

Water Depot Petawawa is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners on well and municipal water solve real water problems.

This is not retail.

This is in-home consultative sales.

You'll be meeting customers at their homes, testing water, explaining what's going on, and recommending the right systems, no pressure, no gimmicks.

We will train you properly.

We expect effort, follow-up, and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting in rural and residential areas
  • Booking and running in-home water consultations
  • Performing basic water testing (training provided)
  • Explaining results in plain language
  • Presenting Good / Better / Best solutions
  • Closing installed water treatment systems
  • Following up on quotes and leads
  • Coordinating with our install team

This is a field-based role. You won't be sitting behind a desk.

What We're Looking For

You don't need water experience, we'll train you.

You do need:

  • Comfort talking to homeowners
  • A clean, professional appearance
  • Strong follow-up habits
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
  • Coachability and accountability

Sales experience is an asset, but not required.

This Role Is NOT a Fit, If You:

  • Aren't comfortable asking for the sale
