Overview

Wicked Walls is seeking a highly organized and experienced site supervisor to join our team in overseeing insulation, drywall, taping and texturing scoped. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with residential construction. This role is vital in ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met efficiently and effectively.

Duties

  • Work alongside production scheduler to oversee crews and timelines on various residential project types.
  • Supervise daily construction activities on-site, coordinating with subcontractors and team members to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution
  • Monitor project progress and implement quality control measures to meet safety and quality standards
  • Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and upcoming tasks for stakeholders

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents accurately
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and budgeting practices within construction projects
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with construction schematics and technical drawings is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.52-$50.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
