We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Halifax location- someone organized, motivated, and passionate about people and style.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Oversee daily store operations, visuals, and inventory.
  • Drive sales through styling, relationship-building, and great leadership.
  • Support hiring, scheduling, and team development.
  • Maintain a polished, elevated store environment that reflects our brand.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in retail management (2+ years preferred).
  • Confident leading a team and comfortable with sales goals.
  • Passionate about fashion, styling, and creating genuine connections.
  • Organized, dependable, and positive.
