About the Role

At Moffatt & Powell RONA, we live by our core values of Caring, Commitment, Community, and Continuous Learning. We're looking for a Yard & Rooftop Carrier Associate to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service and safe, efficient handling of building materials.

You'll assist customers in the yard, support deliveries — including rooftop drops — and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers and contractors with loading and securing materials.
  • Support rooftop deliveries and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  • Safely load and unload customer and company vehicles.
  • Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
  • Operate forklifts and other yard equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Verify and process product returns; report damages.
  • Participate and follow all health & safety procedures.
  • Assist with seasonal yard maintenance, snow removal, and product assembly.

What You Bring

  • Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.
