Jessy's Pizza is a renowned pizza restaurant known for its delicious and freshly made pizzas. We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Pizza Cooks to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and garnishing pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to providing our customers with an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pizza dough and toppings following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
  • Monitor and control cooking temperatures and times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
  • Arrange and garnish pizzas with toppings, cheese, and sauces.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient production of pizzas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation and food safety guidelines.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies and ingredients.
  • Adhere to Jessie's Pizza's standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with general kitchen duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

  • Greenwood, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
