Early Childhood Assistant Educator Position

Start Date: January 26th, 2026

Type: Full time (guaranteed 40 hours a week; hours between 7:30-5:30, no weekends).

Job description

We are looking for a enthusiastic educator to join our team. Our ideal candidate sees childcare as more than 'I love kids'.   • You need to be 21 years or older and

-You are available to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Requirements:

  • You need to hold a valid Early Childhood Educator Assistant certificate; you will be working in a 3-5 program.
  • You will be under the direction of a program lead and senior assistants working as a team you will have a daily schedule of duties and activities that you will be responsible for.
  • Daily routine includes:
  • diaper changes
  • Preparing meals & snacks
  • outside time (in most weather)
  • Planning activities, artwork, and sensory
  • Circle time (3-5Yrs) Story time (under 36 months)
  • nap/quiet time supervision
  • Daily light cleaning duties, mopping floors, dishes, cleaning bathrooms
  • Weekly and Monthly deep cleaning duties: washing walls, fridge, stove, nap rooms, etc.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
