Summary
SAP Build is a comprehensive suite of low-code, pro-code and Generative AI tools designed to accelerate application development and automation. As an integral part of SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP), it drives significant growth and receives rave reviews from customers, developers, and industry analysts alike.
With SAP Build, users tap into its AI capabilities to create and extend applications, automate business processes, and design custom digital workspaces using either low-code or pro-code development with enhanced generative AI assistance. This suite helps organizations to build rapidly, adapt swiftly to market demands, and ensure seamless integration across systems.
The Role
This role will focus on driving product marketing for the next phase of SAP Build's portfolio evolution, which includes enhanced generative AI capabilities, new AI driven developer experiences, expanded support for application development and automation for both SAP and non-SAP systems and building upon the new commercial model and embedded entitlements in all the SAP Business Suite.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your work will have a direct impact on SAP Build's success. You will help define, execute, and communicate the value proposition of SAP Build. You will launch new capabilities, support our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, create impactful marketing content, and support field enablement efforts.
The Team
Our team is responsible for Product Marketing & Solution Marketing for SAP Build. We are a high-energy, fast-paced global team of experts leading some of the most innovative products and services at SAP. We foster a data-driven culture and strive for excellence, encouraging growth and continuous learning for all team members. Tasks
- Working with the product management and development team to drive product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborating with SAP customers and partners to understand key market feedback and inform product decisions
- Analyze sales and adoption trends to identify GTM motions
- Identifying the value proposition of SAP Build and its integration with other lines of business solutions (e.g. S/4, SuccessFactors)
- Work with SAP's Partner team to extend the market presence of SAP Build's capabilities through the ecosystem.
- Supporting Analyst inquiries
- Assisting with the technical review of marketing assets
- Presenting in partner and sales enablement activities
- Take point as a key stakeholder in the pricing and packaging of SAP Build
Education And Qualifications / Skills And Competencies
- Bachelor's or Master degree with specialization in Marketing /Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration preferred
- Understanding of AI trends as it pertains to cloud platform, industry landscapes and development
- Experience working with B2B sales organizations supporting sales cycles, building technical demos and engaging directly with customers and prospects
- Self-starter with passion to be a hands-on expert in the required filed
- Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality

- Strong communication profile with the ability to articulate and present complex topics to senior level audience
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, synthesize requirements and drive execution towards successful delivery

- Willingness to travel worldwide
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of related product marketing or product management experience within the software industry

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 102, ,300(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
