This is a strong next step for a Product Marketer who enjoys the operational side of PMM and wants to shape the frameworks, workflows, and operational standards that enable product marketing teams to deliver high-quality work at scale.
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week from our Toronto or Vancouver office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B SaaS/Software (required).

- You've been recognized by leaders and colleagues for your exceptional organization and strong project management skills.
- Proven experience establishing and scaling processes, templates, or systems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to simplify complex ideas for a global audience.
- Experience producing effective copy or internal communications with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in AI and examples of how you've used it to elevate your work.
- Collaborative, influential, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and codify PMM processes, templates, and tools to drive consistency, repeatability, and operational excellence across the global team.
- Own PMM content management processes and governance to ensure materials are structured, current, and easy for teams across regions to access and use.
- Support budget oversight by managing purchasing workflows and ensuring spend is aligned with PMM operational needs.
- Own and drive the development of the PMM-curated roadmap across all products and regions.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide meaningful visibility into PMM insights for executive leadership
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights that inform PMM decision-making and priorities.
- Develop clear, differentiated content for analyst evaluations and industry reports, positioning our products effectively against competitors.
- Transform awards and accolades into strong, compelling narratives that reinforce our market credibility.
- Develop PMM narrative briefs for major company events—such as our global user conference—to ensure product marketing storylines and priorities are aligned across teams and regions.
