Manager, Omni Analytics is responsible for leading and delivering data-driven solutions and insights to support business performance. This role involves developing advanced analytics solutions and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
Manager, Omni Analytics partners with technology teams to develop and implement scalable data and analytics solutions. This role involves defining clear roadmaps and strategies, building scenarios to finalize requirements, driving business engagement, and building business intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities include building proof of concepts, performing data analysis, developing analytical models, and recommending strategies and troubleshooting issues to ensure business continuity and user adoption.
The Manager also implements strategies and embeds technology within the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in from cross-functional and business teams. This includes managing high-priority projects, driving meetings to decide next steps, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation of tools, validating value and priorities, and assessing readiness for change. The role supports leadership in driving data-driven decisions and stays updated on market advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as Analytics Manager in previous years
- Preferred experience in Retail eCommerce and Analytics Product Management or Product Ownership
- Strong SQL and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytics and storytelling capabilities in PowerBI, Tableau and Looker
