As a Sports-Minded Promotions Assistant, you'll use these strengths to support live events, retail activations, and branded pop-up spaces across the region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, values teamwork, and performs well under pressure. Instead of a traditional desk job, you'll be out in the field helping customers learn about current promotions and ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and enthusiasm. Every event gives you the chance to challenge yourself, work toward specific goals, and continually develop your communication and customer-engagement skills.

As a Promotions Assistant, you'll help prepare and maintain branded event areas, welcome customers, and start engaging conversations that introduce them to the campaign. You'll support them through next steps, answer questions, and make sure they leave with a clear understanding of the offer. Like any strong team player, you'll adapt your approach, stay consistent throughout the day, and contribute to a positive, high-performance environment.

Coaching and development are built into the role. You'll receive daily guidance from experienced team leads who will support your progress, help refine your technique, and ensure that you feel confident representing the brand in any setting.
