You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for expansion, including cross-sell, up-sell, and increased product adoption, and ensure customers realize full value from Cardata's solutions.

This role requires strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of customer relationship management, the ability to run structured sales processes, and comfort working cross-functionally across Revenue, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams. You will leverage tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and other sales technologies to manage pipeline, forecast, and execute on account growth strategies.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify and qualify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct account discovery sessions to understand customer needs, goals, and expansion potential.
  • Build and manage an expansion pipeline using structured sales methodology.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain updated opportunity records in HubSpot.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic account reviews with Customer Success to position additional solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of Cardata's products, market landscape, and customer use cases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work directly with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to support customer growth.
  • Share customer insights to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CRO and leadership on growth initiatives.

Sales Process and Tools

  • Use HubSpot for pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and sales execution.
  • Follow established sales methodologies and contribute to expansion playbooks.
  • Use Google Workspace and internal tools for communication and documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong sales skills with experience running structured sales cycles (qualification, discovery, proposals, negotiation).
  • 4-7 years of experience managing customer relationships, ideally in SaaS, B2B technology, mobility, or HR/compensation platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with Customer Success to deliver unified customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate value propositions.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers expand their use of Cardata's products.
  • Initiative, curiosity, self-management, adaptability, accountability.

Compensation:

In line with Ontario's Pay Transparency legislation, the expected base compensation for this role is $80,000–$90,000 CAD annually. In addition, this role is eligible for target variable incentives of $10,000–$60,000 CAD, with actual earnings dependent on experience, skills, and performance. This is a vacant position, and we are hiring with intention and seeking someone who will bring new perspective, contribute meaningfully to the team, and grow with the organization.
