Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team at Wild Wing Belleville. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious menu items, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in creating great food, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to Wild Wing Belleville's recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of food items.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and ensure it is kept in good working condition.
  • Assist with menu prep and help manage the flow of kitchen operations during busy periods.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
