Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. The position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments accurately
  • Handle cash transactions with attention to detail and proper cash handling procedures
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
  • Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed, including serving and food handling tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
  • Kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
