Job Summary:
We engineer a wide variety of tech to support our clients run successful businesses. This includes document generation, marketing/CRM toolkits, complete workflow management, loan payments and ledgers, regulatory compliance, portals, and automated communications.
As part of the Product team, based on your skillset and experience, you will help drive and manage product features and enhancements from cradle to grave. You will work with our customers as well as internal departments; from operations and engineering to all client-facing teams, in a cross-functional setting. You will conduct market research, analyze user feedback to identify key issues, then conceptualize and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning:
- Own feature quality, delivery, and success metrics for assigned product areas
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive Program Increment planning, including feature prioritization and roadmap development
- Define product requirements based on customer research, business objectives, and market analysis
- Create wireframes and technical specifications for complex product features
Cross-Functional Execution & Roll-out:
- Partner with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Design and execute product rollout and adoption campaigns
- Coordinate product launches across business, marketing, and client-facing teams
- Manage relationships with third-party partners and contractors supporting your assigned portfolio
Project Management and Executive Reporting:
- Champion process improvements and maintain comprehensive product documentation
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure product-market fit
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs using Agile methodologies
- Continually refine and prioritize product feature backlogs and sprints.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3+ years in product management or product-focused roles
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Voice of Customer/user research, wire-framing, and go-to-market planning
- Experience with product roadmap management
- Experience with commonly used product management frameworks (e.g., user journey mapping, swimlane/BPMN diagramming, empathy maps) tools and platforms (e.g., miro, figma).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in B2B software environments
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech/financial services, particularly Banking, Mortgages, Lending and/or Loan Servicing
- Knowledge of legal conveyancing or case management systems
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, payment processing, and/or accounting software
- Product Marketing Management
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services

Position Status: Permanent
Salary Range: $80,000-$150,000 (based on scope and experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Environment: Hybrid-Remote;
90% in Office (Midtown Toronto) 10% Work from Home
