Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing activities to meet production needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and delivery standards.
  • Support negotiation efforts for pricing and contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP systems such as SAP and MRP or others.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize procurement processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement department.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience with SAP, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cGMP standards is an asset.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or health product industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
