Le Poste
Notre département de service est en pleine expansion et nous cherchons à ajouter un Technicien de Soutien Interne à notre équipe. Relevant du Directeur du Service, le Technicien de Soutien Interne jouera un rôle clé en fournissant un soutien à nos clients et partenaires externes pour notre gamme de refroidisseurs HVAC.
Principales Fonctions Et Responsabilités
- Capacité à télécharger des logiciels et programmer des contrôleurs
- Capacité à fournir une assistance à distance pour le démarrage, la mise en service des refroidisseurs et les problèmes de compresseurs
- Analyser les problèmes dans les billets de service et proposer des solutions pertinentes
- Assurer un suivi et une mise à jour appropriés des billets ouverts dans les systèmes
- Compétences interpersonnelles pour répondre aux plaintes et aux questions des clients
- Répondre aux appels de service et les résoudre en temps opportun
- Capacité à interpréter les données des produits et les schémas de câblage
- Assemblage, installation et réparation de contrôleurs
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique
- La capacité à aider au service de tous les paliers Meg au-delà de Smardt est un atout
Qualifications
- Compréhension de base des systèmes de refroidissement, des pompes et des équipements HVAC
- Compétences en gestion, rapport et suivi de billets de service
- Entretien préventif des refroidisseurs
- Travail en équipe et service à la clientèle
- Bonne connaissance des plateformes CRM et maîtrise de MS Office
- Compétences en gestion du temps et en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches
- Connaissance des systèmes Turbocor et Smardt est un atout

The Role
Our service department is growing and we are looking to add an Inside Support Technician to our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Inside Support Technician will play a key role in providing our customers and external business partners with support on our line of HVAC Chiller units.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Ability to download software, programming controllers
- Ability to provide remote assistance on chillers start up, commissioning and compressors issues
- Analyze problems in the tickets and propose relevant solutions
- Ensure proper review and update to open tickets in the systems
- Interpersonal skills to respond to customer complaints and questions
- Respond to and resolve service calls in a timely manner
- Ability to interpret product data and wiring diagrams
- Controller's assembly, Installation and repair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist Servicing of all Meg Bearing beyond Smardt is a plus
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of chiller systems, pumps, and HVAC equipment.
- Service tickets handling, reporting and follow up skills
- Chillers preventative maintenance
- Teamwork and customer service
- Good knowledge of CRM platforms and Proficiency in MS Office
- Time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Knowledge of Turbocore and Smardt systems is a plus
