Job Summary

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the vibrant face of our property management team, engaging with potential residents and guiding them through the leasing process. Your enthusiasm for customer service and knack for building relationships will shine as you showcase our properties and help individuals find their perfect rental. You'll leverage your sales expertise to negotiate leases, manage inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for all prospective tenants.

What you'll do

  • Actively engage with potential residents through various channels, including phone calls and in-person tours.
  • Utilize your outside sales skills to promote available units and close leasing deals effectively.
  • Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads and nurturing relationships with prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about local trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through creative outreach strategies.
  • Manage inventory control of available units, ensuring accurate listings and prompt updates.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
