As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you'll be an essential part of a driven, supportive team, offering clients trusted advice and tailored solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-savvy, customer-focused, and motivated by both personal and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing clients with clear, personalized insurance solutions based on their needs

  • Educating customers on policy options and helping them make confident decisions

  • Reaching and exceeding monthly performance targets through proactive outreach

  • Managing client interactions with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment

What You Bring

  • A valid OTL or RIBO license (mandatory)

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in financial services or insurance

  • LLQP license is an asset but not required at time of hire

  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

  • A strong sense of professionalism, initiative, and integrity

  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
