About the Role

As the Banquets Manager, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring events—from elegant weddings to high-profile corporate functions—are executed to the highest standards. You'll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with other departments, and ensure seamless service that delights our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise banquet events from start to finish
  • Manage and train banquet staff, ensuring top-tier service and hospitality
  • Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Event Planning teams to meet client expectations
  • Monitor event execution to ensure adherence to hotel standards and client specifications
  • Manage banquet inventory, costs, and labor to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in banquet or event management (hotel preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations and event logistics
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
