We are seeking highly motivated, hard-working farm workers to work at our farm for summer job. The applicant must be able to do heavy lifting, work well in a team environment, ability to work long hours or early mornings, late afternoons, and weekends if required, ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions.

The main duties that will be required of the applicant are:

• Land Work and development, such as root/trees clearing, disc, burning piles.
• Prepare seeds and fertilizer and irrigation system and seeding.
• Operate various farm machines for the purposes of plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest, including but not limited to tractors, balers, windrowers, disc bine, rock/root pickers, rake, stackers, seeders and sprayers.
• Hauling oats and fertilizers
• Stack, load, and unload oats in /from the sheds to the hay barns.
• Report and follow the instructions of the farm supervisor.
• Able to back to the position every year is preferred (which can save our training)
• Work from Apr to Dec

k. Minimum Education/certificate requirement:

• High School
• vaild full driver's license (equivalent to Class 5 BC driver's license)

l. Experience: preferred two-year farming experience
