Head of Growth and Operations | Local Handyman Fraser Valley

We're looking for a Head of Growth and Operations who's passionate about driving expansion, increasing visibility, and fueling long-term success. You'll focus on growing our customer base, optimizing our sales pipeline, and developing strategic partnerships to take our handyman business to the next level. You'll also play a key role in supporting day-to-day field operations — coordinating our team of skilled handymen to ensure smooth scheduling, strong performance, and top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities and What We're Looking For:

  • Hiring, training and performance management of employees and contractors
  • Assigning tasks, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth daily operations across all areas
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed projects
  • A strong background in sales, particularly in generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals
  • Strong speaking and writing skills to convey ideas, present solutions, and build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Use insights to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for business growth and operations
