  • Provides clerical support to the HR department
  • Research, surveys, various projects as required
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, filing, and Laserfiche
  • Provide superior customer service when performing a variety of administrative functions
  • Support the recruitment process through scheduling interviews/testing, and ensure timely feedback is provided to all external candidates
  • Aid in the preparation for new employee onboarding
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Responsible for general office duties such as booking meetings, organizing stock, printer support, and other office maintenance as required

What We Are Looking For:
  • A strong interest in or desire to work in the HR field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Preference given to students enrolled in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Must be returning to full-time University or College studies in September 2026
