Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and targeted territory management across assigned regions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and upselling strategies.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently while aligning solutions with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth within assigned territories.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to inform management decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles, demonstrating the ability to manage complex accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Strong background in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques such as cold calling and networking.
  • Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach that fosters trust and loyalty.
  • Experience in technical or technology sales is highly desirable, along with the ability to deliver compelling product demos.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and execute effective marketing initiatives within a competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to present confidently across diverse audiences.
  • Prior experience in retail or inside sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential.
