Primary Duties:
- Assessing clients' individual needs and obtaining quotes
- Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on insurance products and service
- Comparing the coverage of different insurers to get the client the best rates and conditions in an unbiased manner and make recommendations
- Process client payments and inquiries
- Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals
- Deliver excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- RIBO licensed is preferred but will train and help obtain Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license (RIBO)
