Job Title: Oracle Retail Xstore Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define application architecture and integration strategies.
  • Lead modernization projects such as digital price tags and appointment booking systems.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Provide governance and best practices for application development.
  • Oversee capacity planning and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for strategic planning.
  • Drive cloud migration and API-first architecture initiatives.
  • Xstore POS customization and integration.
  • XOCS configuration and deployment.
  • SIOCS workflows and integrations.
  • MFCS merchandising operations and API integration.
  • Architecture, security, and operations.

Required Skills:

  • Oracle Retail Xstore, XOCS, SIOCS (EICS/SOCS), MFCS, REST APIs, Java/J2EE, Spring, Oracle JET, RIB/RICS, IDCS/OCI IAM.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and Oracle Retail ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience in security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 10+ years of experience in application architecture and leadership.

Certifications in cloud and enterprise architecture preferred.
