Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimizing systems and empowering teams? We're looking for a Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics Administrator/Data Analyst to join our dynamic team Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. With a blend of technical expertise and analytical insight, you'll streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and help the organization leverage its systems to their fullest potential. Responsibilities:

CRM & System Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain CRM systems including workflows, user roles, permissions, data models, dashboards, and process automations.
  • Manage and maintain MuleSoft integrations to ensure seamless and reliable data flow between Salesforce, Dynamics, and other internal/external systems.
  • Partner with the COO and departmental leaders (Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Technical Support) to align system capabilities with strategic business needs.
  • Ensure system integrity, perform regular data audits, and enforce strong governance practices.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to promote effective CRM adoption across all departments.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Develop a deep understanding of Real Time Networks' business operations — learning how each department functions, what metrics drive success, and how data supports key business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with management and executives to identify meaningful KPIs and translate them into clear, actionable dashboards.
  • Design and build interactive reports and dashboards in CRM systems or business intelligence tools (such as Power BI) that deliver real-time insights to departments, management, and C-level leaders.
  • Extract, cleanse, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Automate reporting processes where possible to deliver timely, self-service insights to stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven initiatives across departments, ensuring that teams are empowered with reliable information for planning and execution.

What you bring:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience administering both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including system configuration, customization, and user management.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft is required, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation, and data synchronization between platforms.
  • Proven track record in data analysis, dashboard creation, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables), and CRM-native reporting tools.
  • Ability to work closely with C-level executives and departmental leaders to define and visualize KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Salesforce or Dynamics certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
  • SQL or data modeling experience.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
  • Experience in a technology, manufacturing, or security industry environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and API-based system integrations.
