Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in financial services to lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and can drive projects from concept to completion while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across financial services domains including banking, insurance, or investment management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies or manage Waterfall milestones depending on project methodology.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and post-project reviews to optimize future delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
