General Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proven track record in management. As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Hotel, including operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop staff members.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for customers.
  • Monitor financial performance and create budgets to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Hotel Management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of Front office and Housekeeping operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budget management.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Interviewing techniques for hiring top talent.
  • Previous experience in the Hotel industry is a plus.
