Responsibilities

  • Partner with the product team from idea generation to finished product. Define roadmaps and sprint plans, balancing new features, retiring debt and laying the foundation for the future
  • Connect with various stakeholders to understand their needs and how you can make an impact with technology
  • Work closely with the Architecture team and other senior members to understand legacy elements of solutions, share knowledge, and align with standards
  • Design and implement features, making improvements and building efficiencies
  • Lead a team of 3-6 developers, conducting daily stand-ups, performance reviews and providing key feedback in a timely way
  • Provide mentorship, growing the team's skills and helping them take on new challenges
  • Own the technical delivery of the team, providing visibility into the status of deliverables

Skills And Experience

  • At least four (4) years experience in a leadership position
  • At least seven (7) years of experience developing applications with .NET solutions. Typescript, C#, .NET, REST Services, and Azure
  • Experience with Angular or similar platforms
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum
  • Experience with Cosmos, Azure SQL, and on-premise SQL Server
