Responsibilities

  • Sets-up in-room dining trays as per Sheraton and hotel standards
  • Delivers all in-room dining orders within 30 minutes of order being received
  • Assists with bussing tables at Harold's Kitchen & Bar, helping to run food when needed
  • Delivers amenities to guest rooms
  • Covers the Hostesses' break: Greets guests warmly as they approach the hostess stand. Assesses the guest needs and seats them accordingly. Ensuring all sections are seated equally.
  • Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to solve problems and follow-ups with the guest
  • Performs other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Flexible to work weekends, weekdays and stat holidays, during mornings, afternoons and evenings
  • Has Serving it Right certificate
  • Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service
  • Has previous Food & Beverage experience and/or customer service experience
  • Takes initiative and recognizes opportunities for success
  • Is of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a team
  • Gets excited by an energetic, fast-paced environment
  • Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
