Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. This role is essential in creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to foster their growth and development through engaging activities and support.

Duties

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children in your care at all times.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and interests.
  • Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the well-being of the children.

Experience

  • Previous classroom experience is preferred, particularly in early childhood education settings.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities is highly valued.
  • A background in teaching or caregiving is beneficial for this role.
  • Proven experience with children in various age groups is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.95-$26.57 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
