- Job Requirements
- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Current Standard 1st Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Clear Police Records Check with vulnerable sector screen (requested upon job offer)
- Up-to-date immunization
- A person who loves working with children up to 5 years of age
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative easily
- Reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
- Able to plan age-appropriate activities for children
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children, their families and other Childcare staff
- Ability to use frequent light to medium physical effort: lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, pushing, carrying and pulling.

- Implement a Christian based program that provides a variety of child initiated and adult
- supported experiences for each child to thrive mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially
- Plan, organize and implement a warm, caring environment for each child to grow and be committed to develop strategies to meet the needs of each child
- Partner with families to achieve best results for each individual child
- Ensure that the Center and Program meets the standards set by the Ministry of Education
