Job Description
Financial Analyst Role with Real-World Impact

What you'll do
- Analyze and update product costs and margins to support strategic decisions
- Improve and document costing processes and methodologies
- Optimize ERP/MRP systems and identify efficiency opportunities
- Report on inventory investment and forecast future risks
- Support quarterly inventory valuation and provision analysis
- Reconcile inventory transactions and prepare monthly closing entries
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and compliance
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Partner with finance leaders to meet department goals
What you need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation (required)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (required)
- Ability to work accurately and independently under tight deadlines (required)
- Clear communication across all levels of the organization (required)
- 7+ years in accounting or finance roles (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Understanding of inventory and cost accounting (advantage)
