We are looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication and proven leadership skills who is never afraid of a challenge to coach, mentor and develop a team of Lending Operations Administrators.
As the Team Lead, Lending Operations you will be responsible to supervise, coordinate, direct and support the daily activities of the retail Lending Operations team while ensuring efficient department workflows and maximum service levels to Cornerstone Credit Union's Retail Advisor and Associates team(s). You will develop management policy, procedures, forms and processes that ensure seamless service and product effectiveness. You will participate in solution projects and development meetings to compliment the Lending Operations department with innovation and improved lending workflow efficiencies. You will ensure that lending operations activities are compliant with credit union regulatory requirements and legislation acts.
*This position is considered full time hours/week) for an anticipated approximate 18-month term only, the actual length of which could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements. Anticipated period deemed to end June 2027.
Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline with 3 to 5 years job-related experience including formal leadership experience or an equivalent combination is the minimum requirement for this position. Lending support knowledge including knowledge of loan related regulatory requirements and legislative guidelines are considered an advantage for this role. You will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, foster open communication, value opinions and ideas of others and place value on the effect of strong time management.
