Job Overview

The Residence & Public Space Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the elevated residential-style luxury that defines Executive on the Park and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of all public areas, shared facilities, and select administrative spaces within the condominium. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and staff.

General & Public Area Responsibilities

  • Conduct property walkthroughs each shift to identify and address areas requiring immediate attention
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all lobby areas, corridors, stairwells, elevators, and public spaces from ground level to top floor
  • Clean and maintain the lobby, fitness facility, lounge areas, washrooms, locker rooms and storage spaces
  • Service elevators, including interior surfaces, tracks, and control panels
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of housekeeping areas and service rooms
  • Clean and maintain compactor rooms, loading docks, and service corridors
  • Support exterior cleaning, including walkways, entryways, loading areas, and exterior walk-arounds of the property
  • Maintain cleanliness of chrome, granite, furnishings, phones, and high-touch surfaces
  • Vacuum, dust, mop, and spot-clean flooring and surfaces as required
  • Ensure lighting, décor, furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements are maintained and presented to brand standards
  • Monitor supply levels and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly
  • Any additional duties assigned

Rental Units Responsibilities

  • Clean and service suites according to Executive on the Park standards, including occasional departures
  • Make beds, change linens, and refresh amenities for rental units
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchenettes, fixtures, and floors
  • Vacuum, dust, polish, and maintain overall suite presentation
  • Report maintenance issues or damages immediately
  • Complete deep cleans of suites following resident move-outs
  • Clean walls, windows, frames, baseboards, vents, appliances, and furniture as required
  • Perform floor/tiles polishing as needed
  • Ensure suites are fully prepared and inspection-ready prior to new arrivals

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial cleaning preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
  • Professional and respectful approach when interacting with residents and staff
  • Physically capable of performing required cleaning duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
