Qualifications & Education:

- Active registration and practice Care Attendant certification.
- Geriatric, Acute care experience is preferred.

Resident Care Attendant (Casual): Up to full time hours available:
This position provides direct care to frail elderly residents by attending to their Activity of Daily Living needs. This includes washing, grooming, toileting, transferring, bathing, escorting residents and requires familiarity with equipment such as mechanical lifts, oxygen concentrators and various other types of medical equipment.
Organization of work and creative problem solving with a gentle approach to care is required in caring for these residents.
